Return unused portion of liquid products or hard goods in like-new condition prepaid to International Decorator Supply Company within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, not including shipping charges. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

Credit Card Transactions

Submitting an order does not automatically charge your credit card.  After your order is sent to us in encrypted form we manually charge credit cards after everything is checked and any adjustments required are made.

A NOTE ABOUT SECURITY 

While encryption provides security, it also slows the transfer of information. Our web site is hosted on an unencrypted web server which has a high bandwidth connection to the internet. This provides you the capability to rapidly browse our site. Our Secure Order Form and Price List , however, is located on our secure web server. We use either 40 or 128 bit SSL encryption depending on the capability of your browser. You will know that SSL encryption is being used when the “padlock” icon in the corner of your browser is “closed”.  This ensures all sensitive information (such as credit cards numbers) cannot be intercepted.  In addition we encrypt all information using 168 bit encryption while it is being transferred from our Web server to our order entry computer and none of your information is stored on the web server, so there are no concerns about the secure server being “hacked”. This allows our product information to be served quickly from the standard server, while protecting your sensitive data.

The Thawte SSL site certificates for our secure web server are provided by our Web Host, Hurricane Electric and are keyed to our secure web server “BLIZZARD”. Some people with older browsers can experience problems with the certificates. The Thawte root secure certificates embedded in Netscape Navigator 3.x and Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x and earlier expired in July 1998. All root certificates will eventually expire and will need to be updated. To keep up with this , certificate issuers give software manufacturers their latest certificates to include in new releases of their browsers. Users of Netscape Navigator 3.x and Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x and earlier can upgrade their browsers by following the instructions at: http://www.thawte.com/certs/server/rollover.html It takes 2 minutes and means you will no longer experience any problems accessing the millions of web sites with Thawte secure certificates. Less than 15% of all installed browsers are effected by this.
